Vicki Ann Clow

clow-va
January 19, 1956 ~ February 24, 2022

Vicki was well known while living in Woodward and could be seen winning any Special Olympics race, or riding her three-wheeled bicycle up and down Main Street. She was a client of OARC until moving to Bartlesville in the Fall of 2002 where she was a client of Premier Community Services.

She enjoyed shopping at the Dollar Tree, hanging out with her roommates, putting stickers in books, watching cartoons, and listening to her favorite musical artist, Elvis.

Vicki is survived by her sister Suzy, Brother-in-Law Brad “Fargo”, nephew Bo and wife Skylar, and niece Anna. She will be deeply missed by her roommates, Rhonda and Sherri, Houseparents “CatMom” Tammy, “FavoriteMom” Karen, “BratMom” Rachel, Kari, Kayli, Teresa, Bella, Mariah, and a host of people from Premier Community Services.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Peggy, and her sister Jeannie.

Celebration of Life will be held in Bartlesville on Friday March 11, 2022, at 10:00am, at Stumpff Funeral Home. Her ashes will be spread next to her parents in Woodward, Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to Pathways To Independence. PTI is dedicated to providing educational and support services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum disorders and their families. Please visit them online or send a check to: Pathways To Independence 4620 E Frank Phillips Blvd. Bartlesville, OK 74006
