Keith Larry Buchanan was born December 05, 1941 in Woodward, OK. and passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 in Brookshire, TX.

Keith was a generous, kind-spirited man who loved life and family. He spent most of his career serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations at the First National Bank of Oklahoma. In his later years, he also owned a small business in Austin, TX.

He is survived by his wife, Lyndal Buchanan; sons, Buck Buchanan and wife Dania Buchanan, Tad Buchanan (all of Houston, TX); grandchildren, Jordon Buchanan (of Bellville, TX), Makena Buchanan, Jenna Buchanan (both of Houston, TX); great granddaughter, Jayden Bolten; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Harold Irwin (of Hamon, OK).

Funeral mass to be held11 am, Friday, March 28, 2014at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 6646 Addicks Satsuma Rd. Houston, TX 77084. Graveside service to be held 11 am, March 29, 2014at Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward, OK.

The family would like to thank the loving staff at Brookshire Residence and Rehabilitation for the tremendous care they provided Keith during the last two months.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made in the name of Keith Buchanan, to the YMCA-Copperfield. The fund will provide children with the opportunity to attend camp.
