Woodward, Okla. — Graveside services for Willis Edwin Smith, 88, Waynoka, will be Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in Waynoka Municipal Cemetery with Pastor David Shaw, minister of First Baptist Church of Waynoka, officiating. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Willis was born on July 25, 1923 in Quinlan, Oklahoma, the son of Milo T. and Jennie May Arbogast Smith, and passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2011 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was raised and educated in Woodward County. He attended Quinlan High School. Willis was a lifelong farmer/rancher. He married Marjorie Kathleen Culp on February 25, 1944 in Quinlan; she passed away in May of 1998. Willis was a member of the Mayfield Assembly of God Church, Flying Farmers, and loved playing Dominoes at Waynoka Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Foust of Enid, grandchildren, Jolayne and husband Jarrell Pittman of Shattuck, Oklahoma, and Mekay and husband Cory Nakvinda of Ringwood; step-grandson, Leslie and wife Laura Foust of Wichita, Kansas; great-grandchildren, Kobe Tune of Shattuck and Nick and Nate Nakvinda of Ringwood. In addition to his wife, Willis was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Pearl Bradshaw and Della Buttel. Memorials may be made in Willis' memory to Waynoka EMT, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, or the charity of the donor's choice with Stittsworth's coordinating.
