Waynoka Cemetery


Ethan Dean Nelson, 4, Enid

Ethan Dean Nelson, four-year-old son of Chuck and LaDeana Nelson, Enid, died after a brief illness at Integris Bass Hospital on March 5, 2003.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dean Nelson.

Besides his parents he is survived by his older brother, Duncan Nelson of Pawnee, his younger sister, Deedra Lee Nelson of the home. Also surviving are his grandparents, Dean and Rosa Lee Johnson of rural Waynoka and Harvey Dale and Marilyn Foster of Nash. He is also survived by his great-grandmother, Dixie Ewbanks of Waynoka and several Aunts, Uncles, many cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be March 8 at 2 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Nash, with Sean Evans, pastor, and Ray Hull of the Elm and Murrow Church of Christ in Waynoka officiating. Burial will be at the Waynoka Cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home of Waynoka is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial fund for Ethan has been set up with Marshall Funeral Home in charge.
