Bobbie was born in Ravenna, KY to Robert and Sadie (Reed) Estes on June 25, 1924 and passed away in Enid, OK, March 5, 2019. She lived most of her early years in Louisville, KY. She only went to school to the 8th grade. Her family picked cotton and then her father became a carpenter.

Bobbie worked in many factories, like a butter, a cookie and a paint factory where she filled the paint cans.

On a blind date, she met a handsome soldier from Oklahoma named Boyd LeRoy Graves in 1941. He went to fight in the war and they wrote many letters to each other. They were married on December 3, 1945; came back to his farm west of Alva, OK by train.

She was a hardworking farmer's wife for 35 years. Bobbie and LeRoy "Tarp" had six children: Roger, Carolyn, Connie, Donna, Michael and Jan. She helped raise Pat and Bob who already resided at the farm. Bobbie was a member of a Home Extension Club while she was raising her children. She loved to read, especially Louis LaMan and Janet Oaks' books and embroider. Her children say she made the best homemade bread, cinnamon rolls with sandhill plum butter or jelly and homemade noodles.

Bobbie moved to Enid in 1978. She babysat for many children and grandkids. She moved to The Commons Methodist Home in May 2013 to be close to her daughter, Connie.

She is survived by Pat Ritter (Jack) of Enid, Roger Graves (Jeanette) of Alva, Carolyn Beagley (Steve) of Enid, Michael Graves (Myra) of Calumet and Jan Graves of Goltry; also, son-in-laws, Jerry Koehn and Harold Hada of Enid and daughter-in-law, Coy Graves of Amarillo, TX; 17 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; and 17 great great grandchildren.
