Robert “Bob” Lee Murrow, 89, died May 22, 2016. He was born May 5, 1927 in Dacoma, OK to Harvey and Rena Murrow.

He married Gladys Jamison on May 5, 1947 and they were married for 69 years.

He pastored churches in Clinton, Hobart, Henryetta, Fairview and OKC and was a member of the Assoc. of Retired Ministers and Missionaries.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Melvin Murrow, his sister, Zola Armstrong, and son, Ronald Murrow. Survivors include his wife, Gladys Murrow; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Carol Murrow; sisters, Harriett Wilson of Enid and Lavona Neiman of Tuttle; five grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.

Viewing will be Wednesday, noon to 9pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Thursday, May 26, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment at 3pm in Pleasant View Cemetery, Dacoma, OK.

Contributions may be made to the Association of Retired Ministers & Missionaries , 7401 NW 21st St., Bethany, OK 73008.
