Memorial Hill Cemetery


Enid,OK — The funeral for Nathan Tyler Lyon, 18, of Waynoka, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2009, at Waynoka School. The Rev. David Shaw and Coach Scott Kysar will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home, Waynoka, LLC.

He was born April 15, 1990, in Seiling to Stan and Tracy Lyon and died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2009.

He was a Waynoka Railroader and excelled on the football field, receiving numerous awards for his talent.

Surviving are his parents, Vern Stanley Lyon and Tracy Ross Lyon of Waynoka; one brother, Spencer; one sister, Korbi; his grandmother, Dorothy Ross of Waynoka; and his great-grandmother, Verna Woolley of Waynoka.

He was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Nathan Lyon Love Fund.
