Memorial Hill Cemetery


Deceased: Rex Earl Cropp, 75, Alva

Besides his parents and his first wife, Sallye, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Cropp, Lee Cropp, and an infant brother, James.

Rex is survived by his wife, Juanita, of Hopeton; three sons, Thomas Cropp and his wife, Lenie, of Phoenix, Ariz., Bascom Cropp and Earl Cropp both of the home; three daughters, Lisa Hooper and her husband, Chris, of Tuba City, Ariz., Becky Guinn of Ada, and Jena Countz and her husband, Mike, of Meeker; one step-son, Shane Remollo of Huntington Beach, Calif.; one step-daughter, Mae Sharon Remollo of Saginaw, Texas; two brothers, Gary Cropp and his wife, Virginia, of Hoisington, Kan., and Jack Cropp and his wife, Lyla, of Kiowa, Kan.; and two sisters, Hazel Duran and her husband, Jerry, of Salina, Kan.; and Clara Lahr of Waynoka.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, Sallye Ann and Cody Countz of Meeker, Rex Cropp of Phoenix, Ariz., and Daniel Guinn of Spring, Texas; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Hopeton Wesleyan Church with Pastor Marion Hadsell officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Hill Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Hopeton Wesleyan Church.
