Deceased: Bobby Alan McCray, 46, Carmen

Bobby Alan, son of Vaughna Dene (Easterling) and Bobby Alan McCray Sr. was born on August 9, 1959 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He passed away suddenly in a railroad accident northeast of Avard, Oklahoma on the 7th of February at the age of 46 years, 5 months and 26 days.

Alan was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Alan is survived by his wife Heidi, three daughters, Bobbi of Ringwood, Madison (Madie) of the home and Gayle Rogge of Alva, two sons, Bo and his wife, Jami of Ringwood and Dustin Rogge of the home, three grandchildren, Jaycee McCray, Dominick Covert and Addain Lee. His parents, Vaughna and Dale Schmidt of Aline, Bob A. and Letha McCray of Carmen, a brother Kevin and his wife Mary of Oklahoma City, two step sisters, Kim Snider of Norman, Jo and her husband Hoby Hammer of Fairview, a step brother Russell Schmidt and his wife Tammie of Clinton and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held today, Feb. 10, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the Wharton Funeral Chapel. Interment follows in the Alva Municipal Cemetery.

Contributions may be made in his memory to his daughters' education fund. Wharton Funeral Chapel will serve as the custodian.
