Hallie Rashelle, daughter of Marjorie Link and John Anderson was born on April 8, 1994 in Alva, Oklahoma. She passed away suddenly on the 22nd day of December in Alva, at the age of 14 years, 8 months and 14 days.
She attended the Alva School System. She was a freshman and played on the Alva High Ladybugs basketball and softball teams.
They attended the First Christian Church. She was preceded in death by Grandma Link, Grandpa Anderson, three aunts: Carolyn, Jarilyn and Georgia Randall and an Uncle Doran.
Hallie is survived by her mother, Marj, of the home, her father, John Anderson, Alva, Grandma Anderson, Kiowa, Kansas, Aunt Gladys, Amarillo, Texas, Aunt Lola, Alva, Aunt Mary and Uncle Johnny, Forgan, Oklahoma, Uncle Fred and Aunt Jan, Filer, Idaho, Uncle Gerald, Alva, Aunt Marilyn, Buhler, Kansas, Aunt Tressie Hess, Kiowa, Kansas, Aunt Shirley, South Carolina, Uncle Jack, Norman, Uncle Raymond Randal, Kiowa, Kansas and Aunt Donnie, Alva, many cousins and friends who loved her greatly.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 26, 2008 at 2 p.m. at the Alva High School Gymnasium with Reverend John Clapp, Pastor, Bible Baptist Church and Reverend Paul Porter, Pastor, First Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Alva Municipal Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory for a scholarship fund at a University.
