TY ALAN HARDWICK 

The funeral for Ty Alan Hardwick, 21, of Alva, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Alva First Baptist Church. The Rev. John Clapp will officiate. Burial will be in Alva Municipal Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wharton Funeral Chapel, Alva.

He was born Oct. 9, 1984, in St. Francis, Kan., to Randy Paul and Ronda Louise Nelson Hardwick and died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006.

He attended St. Francis schools. He moved with his family in 1991 to Alva where he graduated in 2003. He was a cook at Floridino’s Restaurant, worked at Value Added Products and Goodrich Plumbing.

Surviving are his mother, Ronda; a brother, Wade Holzwarth of Denver; his paternal grandparents, Wade and Eleanor Hardwick of St. Francis; and grandmother, Barbara Nelson of Hopeton. 

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation or Ty Hardwick Love Fund through Central National Bank of Alva.
