Alva Cemetery


Harry Eldon Hall, 92, passed away June 14, 2012. He was born on November 22, 1919, in Hopeton,, to Clyde and Iva Hope Murrow Hall.
In 1952, Eldon moved from Alva to Oklahoma City. He was an active member of Asbury United Methodist Church. Eldon taught Vocational Electricity at Capitol Hill High School. He also owned and operated Home Electric. His many hobbles included traveling, fishing, flower gardening and playing dominoes.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen, two sons, Jon and Arlene Hall of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Gilbert and Jenna Hall of Corsicana, Texas, and his brother, Dale and Danelle Hall of Oklahoma City.
He is also survived by his step children, Alvin Turner of Norman, and Linda Judkins of Conroe, Texas, eleven grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Eldon was preceded In death by his first wife, Betty Jean Nida Hall, his parents and three brothers.
Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. June 18, 2012 at Advantage Funeral Service South Chapel in Oklahoma City.
Burial will follow at the Alva Municipal Cemetery at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, or a charity of your choice.
