Deceased: Hazel E. Goucher, 84, Avard

Mrs. Goucher was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Victor and Elwood.

Hazel is survived by her loving husband "Pete" of the home; two sons, Neil and his wife, Mary Lou, of Waynoka and Tony and his special friend, Peggy Barnett, of Enid; two grandsons, Mike and his wife Jennifer of Waynoka and Gary and his friend Vanessa Acton of Waynoka; four great grandsons, Cody, Cyle, Bailey and C.J.; a brother and his wife, Ken and Betty Fugier of Pueblo, Colo.; a sister and her husband, Frances (Dolly) and Olin McClure of Santa Clara, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Olive Goucher of Alva; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at the Avard Christian Church. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Cornforth, pastor, and Rev. Aaron Nutter, pastor of the Waynoka Christian Church. Interment will be in the Alva Municipal Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Contributions may be made to Dean McGee Eye Institute.

Deceased: Loren M. "Pete" Goucher, 87, Avard

Funeral services will be held at the Avard Christian Church on May 30 at 10:30 a.m. with Larry Cornforth, pastor, and Aaron Nutter, pastor Waynoka First Christian Church officiating. Interment follows in the Alva Municipal Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and five brothers.

Loren is survived by his two sons: Neal and his wife Mary Lou of Alva and Tony of Enid; two grandsons: Mike and his wife Jennifer of Waynoka, and Gary and his special friend Vanessa Acton of Alva; four great grandsons: Cody and Cyle Goucher of Wellston, Bailey Goucher of Waynoka, and C.J. Acton of Alva; one sister-in-law, Olive Goucher of Alva; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Contributions may be made in his memory to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation with the funeral home acting as custodian.
