John H. Behrens, 85

 

Graveside services will be at the Alva Municipal Cemetery on Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. with Reverend J. Weegie Williams, pastor, Alva First United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment follows in the Alva Municipal Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Behrens was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Elvira Miller and a brother, Wilbur.

John is survived by his daughter and her husband, Barbara and Jerry Johnson of Yukon, and a son and his wife, Douglas and Donna of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by four grandchildren twin grandsons, Greg and Randy Johnson, Brandon Behrens, Amy and Christopher Portell and a great-grandson, Karsten Portell as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
