Lynn Charles Patterson, Jr., age 84 and resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away on November 15, 2017 in Jane Phillips Medical Center, Bartlesville.

Lynn was born on September 15, 1933 in Pampa, Texas. He was the son of Lynn Charles Patterson, Sr. and Beulah (Barnett) Patterson. He grew up in Caney, Kansas where he graduated high school. After high school, he attended Coffeyville Community College and also, Kansas State University.
In September of 1956, Lynn became a member of the U.S. Army. In September 1958, he received his Honorable Discharge and he returned to Oklahoma. On April 5, 1963, Lynn and Connie Sue Stockwell were united in marriage in Caney, Kansas, and they made their home in Caney. The family moved to Bartlesville in the mid-1960s.
Lynn was an employee of the Phillips Petroleum Company. At the time of his retirement, he was an X-Ray Fluorescence Technician in the Analytical Sciences Group of Phillips. He was a very proud and loyal Phillips employee for 37 years.
Lynn was a member of the NRA. He enjoyed reading in his easy chair and working crossword puzzles. He also enjoyed astronomy magazines and in his younger days, loved fishing and golfing.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Sue, of the family home; son, Lynn Charles "Pat" Patterson, II, and his wife Julie, of Bartlesville; sister, LaFran (Patterson) Hartman of Bartlesville; and brother, Elmer J. Patterson also of Bartlesville.

Come and go visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and on Sunday from 1:00-6:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave.

Services for Mr. Patterson will be held on Monday, November 20, at 10:00 AM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home chapel. Pastor Sherman Jacquess, of the Matoaka Baptist Church, will be the officiant.

Interment will follow the service in White Rose Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.

Bartlesville - Connie Sue Patterson, 82, Bartlesville, passed away late Wednesday night, December 1, 2021, at Ignite Medical Resort in Bartlesville.
 

Connie was born February 2, 1939, at Eureka, Kansas to Lloyd E. and Evelyn Stockwell. She spent her formative years in Eureka, Paola and Caney, Kansas, graduating with the Caney High School Class of 1957. In 1963, she married Lynn Charles Patterson, Jr. and the couple moved to Bartlesville, shortly thereafter. Connie worked outside the home at several locations, but her favorite jobs were Toy Dept. Manager for Gibson's Discount Center and bookkeeper for Montgomery Ward and Milo Shoe Store, all of Bartlesville.

She loved to read, especially Harlequin Romance Novels, of which she had an extensive library. She enjoyed being in her yard, watching the birds and her fur babies.
 

Connie is survived by her son, Lynn "Pat" Patterson and his wife, Julie of Bartlesville; a brother, Floyd Stockwell of Iowa; one sister, Delores Friesberg of Lawrence, Kansas and her fur baby, "Buddy" of the home.

She is preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Lynn on November 15, 2017, and by one brother, Robert Stockwell.
 

Graveside services will be held 2pm, Monday, December 6, 2021, at White Rose Cemetery with Pastor Sherman Jaquess officiating. Service and interment are under the direction of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.

A time of viewing and visitation will be held 9am-1pm, Monday at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
