Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Katherine (Overacker) Thomas, 80, wife of the late Blue Thomas were at 3 p.m. today in The memory Chapel of the Arnold Moore Funeral Residence. Mr. Roman Ward, Jr., pastor of The Friends Church, Ramona, was the officiant and interment was directed in the Tyner Cemetery by The Arnold Moore Funeral Service. Her casket escorts included Messrs. Bobby Catlin, Perry Bell, Garry Lee Zoski, Frankie Zoskie, Larry Thomas and Danny Roy Thomas.
Survivors include three sons, Harry Thomas and David Wilson (Bud) Thomas, both of Ochelata: Wesley Thomas, Wichita, Kansas; five daughters, Mrs. Syble Sykes and Mrs. Roane (Alice) Fowler, both of Bartlesville; Mrs.Ray (Jane) Reynard, Wichita, Kansas; Mrs. Albert (Katherine) Lara, of Derby, Kansas; Mrs. Rose Shaffer, Billings, Montana. 33 grandchildren and 44 -great- grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Roy Overacker, Barnsdall, Walter Overacker, Caney, Kansas and Thomas J. Overacker, Skiatook, Oklahoma. Seven sisters, Mrs. May Virden, Ochelata and Mrs. Dollie Tennent, Ochelata; Mrs. Charles (Beulah) Castleman, also of Ochelata; Mrs. Fern(Mary) Ford and Mrs. Clifton (Pearl) Henshall, both of Bartlesville. Mrs.Mart (Allie) Newport and Mrs. Dan (Rose) Newport, both of Wapato, Washington.
