Leonard Charles Sears, 88, retired U. S. Post Office clerk, died at 7:20 A.M. on Friday, March 11, 2016. in Bartlesville.

Graveside Services for Mr. Sears were held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Ramona Cemetery in Ramona, with Rev Jerry Schenck and Becky Schenck officiating. Interment was in the Ramona Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mr. Sears was born August 12, 1927 at Avant, Oklahoma to Grover Cleveland and Leona Ethel (Jackson) Sears.
He was a longtime member of the Bible Holiness Church in Ochelata.

Mr. Sears is survived by his daughters, Ruth A. Sears of Bartlesville, Karla Sears of Bartlesville, a son Lowell Alexander "Mac" McKinney Jr. of Duluth Georgia, a step son Butch McGrew and wife Alta of Chelsea, OK., a brother "Jack" Sears of Bartlesville seven grandchildren Adam Davis and wife Melissa of Lawton, OK., Jesse Davis of Bartlesville, Rhonda Cole and husband Anthony of Bartlesville, Lenny Stiles of Oklahoma City, OK., Bethany McKinley of Bartlesville, John Stiles of Copan, and Alex McKinney of Duluth Georgia, 17 Great- grandchildren, two step grandchildren Laura Hartman and husband Brian of Bartlesville, and Patrick McGrew of Chelsea, and one step great grandaughter and 2 Great- great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Grover and Leona (Jackson) Sears, by his wife Avagene Marie (Clarke) Sears in 1997, and his second wife Valta Louise (McGrew) Sears in December of 2014, and by a sister Ruth Sears.
