Mary Lou Floyd of Ramona, Oklahoma, passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 82.

Mary Lou was born to Lela Brakebill Gabbert and Clarence Gabbert on September 12, 1936. Mary Lou was born, raised and received her education in Ramona, graduating from Ramona High School. She married her high school sweetheart Jerry on December 21,1967. They lived in Ramona, Tulsa, and Stroud before moving back home to Ramona in 1979. She worked as a cashier for Price Cutter for 13 years before retiring in 1999.

Mary Lou attended First Baptist Church in Ramona. She also liked attending the senior center in Ramona and having lunch with her friends. She enjoyed Dr Pepper, caramel Milky Ways and old Westerns on TV.

Mary Lou is survived by her son Dewey Floyd and his wife Jaime Floyd, a grandson Luke Floyd and a granddaughter Lydia Floyd, all of Ramona.

She was preceded in death by her mother Lela, father Clarence and husband Jerry.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. on Wed., April 17, at Davis Family Funeral Home - Walker Brown Chapel, 918-333-7665, 4201 Nowata Road in Bartlesville.

Graveside services for Mary Lou will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, at Ramona Cemetery, Pastor Kevin Baker officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home - Walker Brown Chapel.
