Mr. Andoe was born September 15, 1940 at Kenwood, Oklahoma to George Dewey and Alice Susanna (Wilson) Andoe. He was raised and received his education at Jay, Oklahoma. Following his education, he began working as a machinist in Tulsa, which he did for all his working life, at KenTube, and at Linde BOC, until his retirement in 2012.

Mr. Andoe is survived by his son Ron Andoe and wife Connie of Tulsa, a sister Eunice F. Black and husband Houston, of Ramona, and a brother Mose Robert Andoe of Alabama, nephews, Clayton Black, and nieces Molly McManus, and Kathaleen Black Hawkins, by two grandchildren Ashlie Dell of Cleveland, OK, and Hannah Hamill of Tulsa, two great grandchildren; Emerie Dell, and Freyja Hamill, and great nephews Bryce Hawkins, Gunner Hawkins, Kyle Black, great nieces Roxy Hawkins, Ruby Hawkins, Alexcia Black, Jacqueline Helt, Kala Allbritton, great-great nephews, Marshal Allbritton, Levi Martin and Kase Hawkins .

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a son Troy Stephen Andoe, and by his brothers; Joe, George (Pink) and four sisters Ida, Emma, Esther and Peggy.
