Billy C. Inman, 82, went home to be with his Lord, November 2, 2009, at 12:30 a.m. at his residence in Ochelata, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Oglesby Christian Center in Oglesby, Oklahoma with Rev. Ronnie Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Oglesby Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Memorials have been established in honor of Mr. Billy C. Inman and contributions may be made to: Cornerstone Hospice located at 3414 SE Kentucky, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006 or located at 6465 S. Yale, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136-7804.

Billy was the son of Harvey and Gertie (Topping) Inman and was born on April 12, 1927 at Oglesby, Oklahoma. He married Mary Ella Hines on November 17, 1956 and they made their home in the Washington County area. Billy was a hard worker and earned his living as a carpenter and a masonry worker until retiring in 1989.

He is survived by his wife Mary Inman of the home; one son, Terry Lee Inman of the home; two daughters, Brenda Gail Mitchell and Glenda Kay Martin, both of Ochelata; three grandsons, Travis Inman, Kyle Martin and Kaden Inman; one granddaughter, Amanda Inman; six great-grandchildren, all of Ochelata.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Tony Ray Inman; two brothers, Farrell Inman and Ray Inman; three sisters, Wanda Crouch, Rhonda Nordon, Ruth Inman.
