Catherine Mary Peugh of Ponca City passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017.

She was born on November 14, 1957 in Bartlesville. She married David Ray Peugh in Pawhuska in 1982. She worked as a custodial for the Tribal center.

Survivors include two daughters: Johnna Kirk of Ponca City, and Angela Peugh of Pawhuska; one son Michael Peugh of Dover, two sisters: Carrie Garson of Ponca City and Vickie Chambers of Wisconsin, Two brothers, Johnny and Clayton chambers both of Pawhuska and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Lee and Mary Lou (Hallaign) Chambers, and one brother, Lee Okley Chambers.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, July 28th at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The reverend Jack Adams of New Hope Christian Church will officiate. Interment will be at the city cemetery of Ochelata, OK.

She was a proud member of the Delaware/Cherokee Nation.
