STUMPFF FUNERAL HOME
BARTLESVILLE, WASHINGTON CO, OK
(permission granted)

Riley “R.E.” Harlow passed away July 13, 2021, at home, with his family by his side.

He was born to Riley Francis Harlow and Rhodillah Pace on December 19, 1940 in Skiatook, OK. Riley graduated from Skiatook High School. He married Judy Lee Agnew on April 18, 1959. They moved a couple of times before settling in Bartlesville in 1969. They raised two sons, R.D. and Rick and two daughters, Robin and Roxann.

Riley worked for PSO as a lineman for over 30 years, but his passion was taking care of cattle. He was an avid coon and squirrel hunter. He never turned down the opportunity to show off his hunting trophies. Riley spent much of his free time coaching softball, baseball, football, and wrestling. He was tough, but always made sure everyone had an opportunity to play. Riley was a devoted church member and deacon at Rosehill Community Baptist Church. He was very active in the congregation and happy to volunteer for any event.

Riley was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Judy, and his son R.D.

Riley will be lovingly remembered by his son Rick Harlow and wife Tonya; daughter Robin Harlow; daughter Roxann Herrman and husband Kevin; sister Reba Cox and husband Gene; Niece CheRon Randolph and husband Randy; Nephew Bobby Cox and wife Kelly; 8 grandchildren, Amanda Brown; Jeannine Jackson and husband John; Tabitha Harlow; Kaisha Shea and husband Jeremy; Daniel Wunsch and wife Jessica; Clint Harlow; Korey Herrman and fiancé Matt Calhoun; Justin Harlow and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Riley’s life will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, July 19th at Rose Hill Community Baptist Church.

Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
