STUMPFF FUNERAL HOME
BARTLESVILLE, WASHINGTON CO, OK
(permission granted)

Roxanna "Roxy" Clifford was born on September 23, 1949, in Nowata, OK to Eldo Merle Klingenberg Sr. and Bonnie Jo (Duede) Klingenburg. She passed away on January 21, 2023, in Barnsdall, OK at the age of 73.

She graduated from College High in Bartlesville in 1968. She was a homemaker but also found employment at the Examiner Enterprise, and Union Bank, and was a caregiver. She married Donald L. Clifford on September 23, 1967, and they have been married ever since! On September 23, 1978, Roxy and Donald renewed their wedding vows and were blessed in the Catholic Church.

Roxy loved cooking, crocheting, and knitting, and loved to rescue Boxer dogs as much as she could. Some would say her biggest life achievement would be the birth of her son Donald Lee Clifford Jr. on May 31, 1968.

Roxanna was preceded in death by her son Specialist Fourth Class Donald Lee Clifford Jr. who passed on December 17, 1987, and her sister-in-law Vivian Klingenburg who passed on August 14, 2012.

She is survived by her husband Donald L. Clifford, her brother Eldo Merle Klingenburg Jr., her sister-in-law Denise, her sister Jeannie Wyne, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside will be at Memorial Park on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the Boxer Rescue of Tulsa:
