Jean Bailey, 83, homemaker, passed away at her rural Bartlesville home on June 14, 2016.

Jean was born on May 20, 1933 in Chelsea, OK to parents Elmo and Opal (Custer) Morgan. On April 29, 1955 Jean married Edmund Bailey in Bartlesville. Jean was a talented artist that enjoyed painting and arranging flowers.

Jean is survived by her husband Ed of the home; two children, Tonja Petty and husband John of Bartlesville, and Mark Bailey and his wife Melissa of Olathe, KS; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a sister- aunt, Lela Peyton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 17, 2016 at the Eastern Heights Baptist Church under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory.
