Alesa “Lesa”Deone Bailey, age 59, passed away on May 14, 2017 after a 22-year-battle with cancer.

Viewing will be at the Stumpff Funeral Home, Wednesday from 9 A.M. until 8 P.M.
Services will be held at 1:15 pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Grace Community Church with Pastor Rod Macilvaine officiating.

A private interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory, after the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (Website: bcrfcure.org)

Lesa was born in Ponca City Okla. on July 15, 1957, the daughter of Charles and Maxine Lingerfelt. She graduated from Ponca City high school in 1975 and attended Oklahoma State University. Lesa and her husband, Rod, and children, Zane Bailey, of Oklahoma City, Jessica Brockman, of Bartlesville, and Bethany Bailey, of Mountlake Terrace, WA, relocated to Bartlesville in 2002.
Lesa was employed by Taylor Homes Group for the last 10 years of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Rod of the home, her children, Zane Bailey of Oklahoma City, Jessica Brockman and husband Camilo of Bartlesville and Bethany Bailey of Mountlake Terrace, Washington, her brother, Harley Lingerfelt, of Shawnee, Okla. and a sister, Janice White., and a grandchild, Aria Brockman of Bartlesville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Lesa committed her life to Christ at the Falls Creek youth camp and has been a member of 3 churches over the course of her adult life, including First Baptist Church, Ponca City, Pioneer Bible Church, Ponca City and Grace Community Church in Bartlesville.

In her 22-years as a cancer patient she was always faithful to give the credit to Jesus for her positive attitude and strength to endure the numerous medical challenges.
