Billye Andrews of Jacksonville, FL., formerly of Bartlesville, OK. died Thursday November 9, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. She was 89.

Billye was born October 14, 1928 to Orval and Lillian (Green) Good at Crescent, OK. She married Alvin Andrews January 19, 1951. They made their home at Oak Ridge, TN where Mr. Andrews was employed at the Atomic Energy Plant. In 1952, he became employed with Phillips Petroleum Co. and made their home in Bartlesville, OK. Billye received her bachelor’s degree in education, working as an elementary school teacher in Bartlesville.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2006.

Survivors include one son, Steve Andrews and wife Ann of Raleigh, NC. Four grandchildren: Monica Grover, Chris Andrews, Parker Andrews, and Lillia Andrews. Three great grandchildren: Arthur, Juliet, and Eve Grover.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday November 17, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, OK.
