Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday July 23, 2012 at the Word of Truth Fellowship in Dewey, Oklahoma with Rev. Paul Ortiz officiating. Interment will follow in Dewey Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
The daughter of Joseph D. and Helen L. (Roye) Goolsbey, she was born on November 23, 1963 in Sacramento, California. Helen had lived in Bartlesville most of her life and graduated from College High School in 1982. She worked in the family business until 1992 after starting a family. In 2002, Helen started her own cleaning service and continued until she was unable to work. She enjoyed raising dogs, listening to music and singing. Helen loved her family and enjoyed making memories with them.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Jeff Goolsbey.
Helen is survived by her son, Kenny Powers of Bartlesville; father, Joe Goolsbey and his wife, JoAnn, of Bartlesville; two brothers, Jerry Goolsbey and his wife, Shelli, of Copan, Jody Goolsbey of Bartlesville; one nephew, Jerry Michael Goolsbey; one niece, Ashley Hedges; family friends, David Stuck, Trevor Winkler and Kendra Barron.
