Ms. Judith Ann "Judy" (Durst) Clark, 63, Dewey Public School employee and long time Dewey resident died at 12:25 a.m. on Saturday in the Jane Phillips Medical Center.

Funeral services for Ms. Clark will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the graveside in the Dewey Cemetery. Rev. Lynn McCarty, minister of Copan United Methodist Church, will be the officiant. Committal prayers and interment will be directed on the family plot in the Dewey Cemetery by the Arnold Moore Funeral Service.

"Judy" Clark will lie in state in the Arnold Moore-Dewey Funeral Home where friends may call for their visitation until the service hour on Tuesday.

A native of Washington County, Judith Ann Durst was born June 9, 1941 at Wann, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Floyd Anderson Durst and Irene (Bailey) Durst. She was reared in the rural Copan/Wann community and completed her education at Copan. She was graduated from Copan High School with the Senior Class of 1959. She and Robert A. Clark were united in marriage on December 20, 1958 while Mr. Clark was in the United States Navy. Following the completion of her education, she joined him at Norfolk, Virginia where they made their home until he was honorably discharged. Mr. Clark was active in construction and they had residences at Aurora, Colorado and Downey, California prior to their returning to Bartlesville in the late 1960's. "Judy" Clark was employed by the Washington County Memorial Hospital for a few years. She was a devoted mother and homemaker during the rearing of her family. For the past 25 years, she has been employed by the Dewey Public Schools as payroll clerk and secretary in the Superintendent's office.

Ms. Clark was a member of the Bluestem Baptist Church, Dewey, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her son, Troy Allen Clark and his wife, Teresa, Syracuse, Utah; her daughter, Mrs. Tamara Ann "Tammy" Barnes and her husband, Syd, Copan; four grandchildren, Matthew W. Hawkins, Shawn C. Hawkins, Bailey E. Barnes and Roberto A. Clark Labajos.; her brother and sister-in-law, Fred Allen Durst and Tina, Dewey; several nieces and nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
