Oren L. Smith, 81, of Amarillo died Thursday, March 21, 2002.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd.
Mr. Smith was born in Troy, Ark., and lived many years in Wichita, Kan. He married Mary Miller in 1948 at Lufkin.
He moved to Amarillo in 1995 from Coffeeville, Kan. He retired from Boeing Aircraft and was in automobile sales. He was a 32nd Degree Mason as well as a member of the Shrine.
Survivors include three sisters, Fern Smith of Amarillo, Betty Clement of Canyon and Rosemary Lewis of Wagner, Okla.; and a brother, Robert Smith of Clearlake Oaks, Calif.
