Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Riggs-Rogers, 68, of Collinsville passed away, Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Owasso, OK. She was born on October 31, 1948 in Abbeville, LA to L.A. Horton and the former Osa Bell Toothman.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the family present 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the Collinsville First Baptist Church with Dr. Tim. Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.

Liz lived most of her life in this area, graduating from Collinsville High School in 1966. She worked for Sun Oil Company from 1967 to 1973, then became a homemaker, raising her two daughters. In 2004, she went to work for Bank of the Lakes, retiring in 2014.

Liz is survived by 2 daughters: Stacy VonSchriltz of Owasso, OK and Christy Webb and her husband Travis of Collinsville. 3 grandchildren: Asia VonSchriltz, Elizabeth VonSchriltz, Gunther VonSchriltz. 3 great-grandchildren: Graham Back, McKenzie Reid and Vann Reid. 1 sister: Deanna Sink and her husband Gary of Collinsville, and 1 Brother: Archie Horton and his wife Verna of Owasso.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Donnie Riggs and Will Rogers.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
