Gary Don Kallam of Collinsville, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016. He was 66.

Gary was born on January 9, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Marion “Pete” and Myrtle (Parnell) Kallam. He started working for Kal-An Asphalt, a company his dad and uncle started. He eventually took over the business and operated it until his retirement. Gary enjoyed cooking, fishing, and gardening. He will be missed by many.

Gary is survived by his wife Judy Kallam of the home; his sons Donnie Kallam, David Kallam and wife Shelly, Robin Kallam and wife Cindy, and Ryan Kallam and wife Amber; his siblings, Jack Kallam, Bud Kallam, Terry Heuszel, and Ronnie Kallam; 8 grandchildren, Josh, Justin, Tucker, Lindsay, Addison, Nick, Jaxson, and Garrison Kallam; and a host of extended family and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Cleava, and his brother Larry Gene Kallam.
