Lois Gail Rae, age 77, passed away on Saturday, August 6, in Tulsa.

She was born July 27, 1939 in Stilwell to the late Bruce Mitchell Bigby and Ina Eloise (Shannon) Bigby. She was a 1957 graduate of Central High School. Gail enjoyed being a homemaker and her family. Gail had worked as clerical support at American Airlines and in the Accounting Department with Retail Credit. She loved to oil paint, crochet, read and do crossword puzzles. Gail enjoyed traveling and reading her bible. She was a long-time member of the Community of Christ.


Gail was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jimmy Rae, Jr., brother, Wayne Bigby, sister Janet Raines, brother-in-law Howard Raines, and nephew Donnie Bigby.
 

She is survived by her son, Michael Rae and his wife, Debbie, of Okmulgee, daughter, Kari Doherty and her husband, Tom of Skiatook, sister, Pat Graham and her husband Bob of Collinsville, sister-in-law, Jan Bigby, grandchildren Tamara Sadler and her husband, Billy, Victoria Rae, James Rae, Stephen Rae, Samuel Rae and his wife LeAnna, Sarah Doherty and Jacob Doherty, great-grandchildren, Joshua Sadler, Madison Sadler and Camden Sadler, and many nieces and nephews.
 

Visitation was Tuesday August 9, 2016 and the funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Moore’s Southlawn Chapel, Tulsa.

Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
