CHILDRESS - Vickie Lugo Nieves, 52, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Danny Garcia of Centro de Milagros Church in Childress officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Nieves was born Sept. 1, 1949, in Alamo. She worked as a sitter with the elderly.
Survivors include four brothers, Santana Lugo of Marietta, Ga., Jouquin Lugo of Castroville, Mike Lugo of Childress and Fred Lugo of Lubbock; and three sisters, Janie Vasquez and Christine Lugo, both of Childress, and Angelita Resendiz of Davidson, Okla.
