George Andrew "Andy" Morton, son of Walter Lee and Clara Louella (Jones) Morton, was born on November 16, 1940 in Siloam Springs, AR and departed this life on May 16, 2016 in Stilwell, OK at the age of 75 years and 6 months.

He was married to Ivon Davis and to this union 4 daughters were born; Shauna, Della, Cindy and Amara. Andy worked to support his family as a police officer for the City of Stilwell for several years and later spent time driving a truck. He loved camping, fishing, traveling, riding motorcycles, watching westerns but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.

Andy was preceded in death by his parents; Walter and Clara Morton, grandmother; Alice Jones and granddaughter; Brandie Dawn Thomas.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Ivon Morton of the home, 4 daughters; Shauna Dunn and husband Roger of Tahlequah, OK, Della Morton of Stilwell, OK, Cindy Jackson and husband Chuck of Ft. Smith, AR, Amara Kidd and husband Buster of Evansville, AR, 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. Siblings; Norma Denny and husband Bill of Sallisaw, OK, Harold Morton of Sticker, OK, Kenneth Morton of Sallisaw, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Graveside services were held at 1 pm on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Seabolt Cemetery, Nicut, Oklahoma with Bro. Don Waldrop officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed- Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
