Evart Longshore
August 20, 1921 - May 23, 2007

Evart Longshore, the son of Claude Longshore and Irene Cannilase, was born August 20, 1921 in Dora, Arkansas and departed this life on May 23, 2007 in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 9 months and 3 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, Cedro Wright, Luther, George and Frankie Longshore, 4 sisters; Mary Eubanks, Helen Brannon, Juanita Monday and Lucille James.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes 3 brothers; Farrell Longshore and wife Betty of Bunch, Oklahoma, Leroy Longshore and wife Joy of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and Claude Longshore Jr., 2 sisters; Pearl Croley of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and Mattie Cloud of Stilwell, Oklahoma. Many other relatives and friends also survive him.

Graveside services were held at Marble City Cemetery on May 25, 2007 at Marble City, Oklahoma.
