Desiree Lee Owl, daughter of Tamara M. Owl, was born on August 17, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The Angels flew her home to be with Our Lord on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Children’s Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas at 7 months and 14 days of age.

She was so full of happiness and was an amazing child overall. Desiree loved to watch Dora. She always knew when someone was going to take a picture of her and would flash her brightest smile. Desiree’s presence would brighten any room. She loved car rides, liked Mickey Mouse and Tom & Jerry. Desiree also loved bath time and was always happy to see her “PAPA” after work. She always had the biggest smile and enjoyed being around people. Desiree was a true blessing to her family. Her favorite toy was Minnie Mouse. She loved to listen to country music.

Desiree will be truly missed by all of her family and friends.

She is the great-great granddaughter of the late Rosia and Woodall Owl.

Desiree is survived by her mother: Tamara Owl of the home near Stilwell, maternal grandparents: Ismael and Angela Fernandez, aunts: Gabriela Fernandez, Meridel Fernandez, Isabel Fernandez, all of Stilwell and a half-brother: Jose Thacker of Huntsville, Ark.
