He was born on May 19, 1961 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Lola Mae (Mills) Barnes and Sebern Elbin Barnes and passed away on September 3, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Barnes was a sanitation worker for City of Sallisaw.


Survivors are:

1 daughter: Tylia Dewberry and Michael of Sallisaw, OK;

4 grandchildren: Aubrey Webb, Abby Webb, Brinley Dewberry and Shiloh Dewberry;

3 sisters: Margaret Wood and Billy of Sallisaw, OK, Stella Barnes of Pindall, AR and Laura Barnes and Archie Madding of Sallisaw, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 nephews: Shawn Rothers and William Crain, and brother in law: Bob Wade.
 

We would like to say a special ‘Thank Youk’ to Oldham Home Care and Emerald Hopsice for the compassion and care shown to CP and the family.

Memorial graveside service for CP Barnes, 59 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
