Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Effie Alice Lee; her sisters, Lonnie Hamrick, Ethel Hamrick, Jewel Spencer, Fanora McDaniel, Christy Hudson; one brother, John Lee; husbands,
Jack Byrd and Robert Mitchell, and one grandchild, Carol Byrd.
Survivors include her sons and their wives, Bill and Shirley Byrd of Oak Harbor, Washington; Lloyd and Lorlea Byrd of Taft; Phillip and Debbie Byrd of Crowley, Texas; and Mike and Sandy Byrd of
Lake, Michigan. Also, daughters and their husbands; Joyce and James Robinson of Bakersfield; June
and Doug Kaiser of Bakersfield; Christine Goodson of Taft, and Paula and Roger Sullivan of
Chandler, Texas. She also leaves behind twenty-four grandchildren, forty-six great grandchildren,
numerous nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews in Arizona, California, Michigan,
Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Bamberg, Germany.
