VELMA LOIS DOLLENS JOHNSON

Services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., for Velma Lois Dollens Johnson, 84, who passed away January 10, 2005. Rev. Norman Fortenberry will officiate.
Mrs. Johnson was born on September 26, 1920, in Seminole, Oklahoma and resided in Kern County, mostly in Lamont, for 53 years. She was a member of Faith Temle.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her first husband, Elvis Dollens and her second husband, Walter Johnson: daughter, Angela and son, William Lynn. She is survived by her sons, Tommy Dollens of Lamont, Johnny Dollens of Hagensport, TX and Bruce Dollens of Bakersfield; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Ada Fowler of Bakersfield; and half-brothers, Bo McNeely and Clayton McNeely and half sister Ruth Ott.
Visitation begins today, 2:00 - 9:00 p.m.
