Dorothy "Dottie" Moser passed away on July 27, 2015. She was 88.

Dottie was born in Billings, Oklahoma to her parents, Carl and Minnie Weingartner. She graduated from Wolfe High School in 1945. She was married Bob Moser from 1947 to 1960 and had seven children with Bob. Dottie raised her seven children in Midwest City, where she owned her own real estate company, Dottie Moser Realty. She retired in 1990 and has spent the remainder of her life enjoying her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dottie was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church while living in Midwest City. She was also a member of the Midwest City Garden Club and a member of the Oklahoma State Board of Realtors for many years. She lived in Norman, OK, for 5 years close to her daughters Claudia and Cindi, then moved to Florida to be with her daughter, Barbara for a year. Her son Bobby took care of her during this last year and up to her death. It was a labor of love by her children.

Dottie is survived by her 4 daughters, Shirley Moser, Claudia Hall, Barbara Tate, and Cindi Baxendale; 2 sons, Clifford Moser and Bobby Moser; her brother, Carl Weingartner; her sister, Eileen Sharp; and 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Terry Moser; her brothers, Bill Weingartner and Charles Weingartner; her sister, Joann Stach.

Services will be held at Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman on August 8 at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow. Pastor David Nehrenz of Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate the service. Dottie will be buried by her parents at the Little Cemetery in Seminole, OK, following the reception.
