years. Before retiring he worked for William Powell Value Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was Financial Secretary for AFL-CIO Local Union # 1858 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Russell died on Monday, April 4th at his home in Chelsea. His Daughter Amy Breitfelder, First Wife Arlena Breitfelder and his Second Wife Josephine Breitfelder preceded him in
