Richard Monroe Gilmore Age 71
Richard was born July 14, 1932 in Jacksboro, Texas to James Tunny and Allie Mae (Davis) Gilmore.
He attended school in Whitt, Texas. He married Betty Jo Green on June 11, 1959 in Miami, Oklahoma.
Before he retired he was a heavy equipment operator working on Pipe Lines throughout the United States.
He died at his home east of Chelsea after a long illness on Thursday, November 13, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Billy Joe Gilmore, two sisters Louise Neel and Joyce Heape
His Survivors Include: His Wife; Betty Jo Gilmore of the home in Chelsea, Oklahoma; One Son, Richard Wayne Gilmore of Indiana; Two Daughters: Dorothy Lovelady and Sue Dixon both of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; Three Brothers: James T. Gilmore Jr. of Chelsea, Oklahoma; Robert Gilmore of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Charles Gilmore of Mannford, Oklahoma; Five Sisters: Evelyn Aneson of Fairfield, California; Alyne Payne and Wanda Ballou both of Lubbock, Texas; Ruth Wallace of Mansfield, Missouri; Sharon Davis of Plainview, Texas; Four Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren.

Betty Jo Gilmore
Betty Jo Green was born on July 30, 1934 in Big Cabin, Oklahoma to Robert Joseph and Josephine (Nichols) Green. She attended school at Bushyhead & Chelsea. Betty married Richard Gilmore in Miami, Oklahoma on June 11, 1959. Richard preceded her death on November 13, 2003; one brother Bill Green, Three sisters June Hash, Shirley Whorton and Deloris Gilmore also preceded her in death.
Betty died Friday night April 29th at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
Her Survivors Include: Two Daughters Dorothy Lovelady and Husband Troy of Locust Grove, Oklahoma Sue Dixon of Pryor, Oklahoma; One Brother Robert Green of Foyil, Oklahoma; Four Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren; And A Host Of Other Relatives And Friends.
Graveside Funeral Service 2:00 Tuesday, May 3rd at the Chelsea Cemetery with Reverend Jerry Coldren Officiating Under the Direction of Seaman - Blanke Funeral Service of Chelsea, Oklahoma.
