Funeral services were held in the Reydon Community Building, Saturday, October 18, 1969 at 2:30 p.m. for Elda Lewis Wright of Cheyenne.

He passed away October 16, 1969 at the Cheyenne hospital of an extended illness.

He was born May 23, 1907 in Reydon, Oklahoma.

He married Opal Lane August 18, 1928.

He was a member of the Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Opal of the home; one daughter, Jana Kay Holley of Reydon; four sons, Billye Lester, Donnie and Ronnie of Amarillo; fourteen grandchildren; four brothers, Bill, Clifford, Jack and Raymond all of Reydon; and one sister Goldie Ingerson of Reydon.

Pallbearers were Bryan Berry, Clyde Tice, Troy Garver, Dave Jackson, Carl Pierce and Carl Parman.

Interment was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Home of Sayre.
