Eleazor Clay, Jr. was born September 17, 1895 in Vinita, Indian Territory, and passed away October 13, 1973 in the Sayre Hospital.

He married Agnes Denton on January 16, 1923 in Rankin, Oklahoma.

He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Reydon.

He moved with his parents from Vinita at the age of six years to the Rankin community.

He was a Veteran of World War I and a member of the Masonic Lodge and American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Agnes of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Thelma Coym of of Cushing, Oklahoma; Mrs. Dorotha Webb of Jones, Oklahoma; Mrs. Mary Hays, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sons, Lee of Bristol, Colorado; and Ray of Reydon, Oklahoma; sixteen grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Services were held in the Reydon Community Building October 15, 1973 at 10:00 a.m. With interment in White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
