William Henry Burnham

William Henry Burnham was born August 4, 1901 at Christoval, Texas to Newton and Mary Lea Burnham.

He entered into rest December 20, 1967 at his home in Reydon.

He moved to Roger Mills County in 1927 and to Reydon in 1933 where he was self employed as a welder and well repairman.

Preceded in death by his parents and one sister, left to cherish his memory is one sister, Mrs. Edith Petty of Panhandle, Texas; four nieces, Mrs. Jessie Dudley of Fullerton, California; Mrs. Edith Smith Coolidge, Airzona; Mrs. Jewell Massey of Ft. Supply, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Hettie Harrison of Fresno, California; three nephews, Bill Parker of Ft. Supply, Oklahoma; Jack Petty of Panhandle, Texas; and William R. Petty of Corpus Christi, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted at the Reydon community building December 22, 1967 with Leland Burch officiating.

Pall bearers were Jack Sumpter, Pete Burks, Leo Swope, Jr., J. T. Porter, L. L. Reynolds, Roy E. Barker, Tony F. Yowell and Mr. M. J. Owen.

Interment was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
