Services were held in the Baptist Church of Cheyenne Sunday for Mrs. Olive V. Caudle who died Thursday, January 12, 1961. Rev. Clayton Hughes and Rev. A. L. Martin officiated.

Mrs. Caudle was born August 19, 1875 in Cumberland County, Missouri.

She was married to James C. Caudle in 1893. They came to Roger Mills County, Oklahoma from Texas in 1920.

She had been a member of the Methodist church for fifty years.

Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Flemmin of Claremore, Oklahoma; Mrs. Effie Forrest of Dumas, Texas; Mrs. Millie Duke of Dumas, Texas; and Mrs. Cordelia Archer of Strong City; five sons, Tillman of Sacramento; William H. of Strong City; Paul of Sentinel, James of Sunray, Texas; and Willard of Cheyenne; three sisters, Mrs. Hannah Walker of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Emma Williams of Bell, California; and Mrs. Vina Depue of Oklahoma City.

Committal was in the Strong City cemetery under the direction of Scroggins of Cheyenne.
