Services for Mrs. Laura Barzine Trent Boulware were conducted Saturday, March 17, 1951 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist church.
Rev. W. L. Magar, local pastor, and Rev. Albert Trent, Hobart, officiated. Burial was in Red Hill cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills county, Oklahoma.
Laura Barzine Trent Boulware was born at Sneedville, Tennessee, on October 10, 1869 and departed this life at her home in Hammon March 16, 1951 at the age of 81 years 5 months and 6 days.
She came with her family to Roger Mills County September 23, 1906, where she had since resided.
She was united in marriage to Willie A. Trent at Sneedville, Tennessee in 1886. He preceded her in death on March 9, 1908.
On January 1, 1923 she was married to M. T. Boulware.
Mrs. Boulware was a long time member of the Baptist church.
She is survived by the following children, Luke W. Trent, Lon H. Trent, Mrs. Pearl Walton, Miss Nola Trent, Mrs. Bobbie Cordum; all of Hammon; Mrs. Valeria Conley of San Francisco, California; and Dana H. Trent of Altus, Oklahoma.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Tom Murray of Sherman, Texas, and Mrs. W. C. Drinnon of Kingsport, Tennessee; sixteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, who with other relatives, and her many friends are saddened by her passing.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and two great grandchildren.
