Funeral services for Rudy Lynn Jones, age 24, who was killed in a car accident, near Guymon Sunday morning were conducted from the First Baptist Church in Hammon Tuesday April 23, 1974 with Rev. Wayne Ivey and Rev. Roger Woodson of Elk City officiating.
Burial was in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Martin Funeral in charge of arrangements.
He was born February 3, 1950 at Elk City.
He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Guymon.
He was a graduate of Hammon High School.
He was a U.S.D.A. Federal Meat Inspector.
He lived at Guymon for the past seventeen months.
Survivors are his wife, Jeanne; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Jones of Hammon; two sisters, Lou Ann and Gina Jones of Hammon; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Jones.
