Funeral services for Flora B. Parks Brown were conducted from the First United Methodist Church in Hammon on Tuesday, September 6, 1983 with Rev. Don Graham officiating.
Burial followed in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brown was born in Hammon, May 30, 1906 and died Sunday September 4, 1983 following a lengthy illness at the age of 77.
She was married to Clarence Earl Brown December 2, 1922 at Cheyenne and he survives her.
Mrs. Brown was a member of the First United Methodist Church at Hammon. She was also a longime member of the Hammon Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Other survivors include two daughters, June Warner of Hammon; and Jean Johnson of Leedey; one brother, Caludie Parks of Perryton, Texas; one sister, Velma Richert of Enid; also four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
