Abraham Franklin Allee

Funeral rites for Abraham Franklin Allee were conducted at the First Baptist Church at Hammon Sunday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Finis Crutchfield officiating. Mrs. Jack Cummings was in charge of the music.
Mr. Allee, a pioneer Western Oklahoma rancher, died Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in an Elk City hospital, after an illness of several years.
Frank Allee was born December 28, 1872 in Denton County, Texas. He moved to Elk City in 1898, locating in the south part of town. Later he moved to Roger Mills County where he has been an outstanding rancher.
He was preceded in death by Mrs. Allee in 1931, and a son, Fayette Allee, in 1944.
Survivors are one son, Bobbie Allee of home address; one daughter, Mrs. Ocie Bailey of Strong City and six grandchildren; one brother, Joe Allee of Elk City; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Lucas of Irving, Texas.
Burial Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Oklahoma.
